Heart Healthy Cooking Demo

DELAND, Fla., April 8, 2014 – Approximately 40 community members joined Florida Hospital DeLand on March 25 for a free cooking demo focused on heart healthy foods.

During this free cooking demonstration, Florida Hospital DeLand Chef Angel Pereira taught participants about ingredients that are both heart-healthy and delicious, while they tasted herb roasted chicken with brown rice and fresh roasted vegetables.
